The team has extensive experience in the residential property market across sales, acquisitions, lettings and portfolio management. Following the purchase of the property we will liaise with a specialist letting and property management service to complete the start to finish process for you.
As we do not act as selling agents we are therefore wholly independent and can look to source property recommendations across the entire market, using our extensive contacts, to best match your search criteria.
All properties will be sourced through licensed agents which will ensure full transparency at all stages of the process.

Fergus Lowe
Director
Fergus has worked in the Banking and Residential Property Management sector for over 40 year’s.
In 2003 he founded as Owner/Director a specialist residential property letting and management company that operates across the greater Dublin area providing property management and acquisition services to his clients. His experience extends across Banking, Asset Management, Advisory, Residential Investment, Letting and Property Management. Fergus has an excellent knowledge and in-depth experience of the Dublin property market.
Fergus completed his third level education Bachelor of Commerce in UCD. Fergus is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.
Jennifer Byrne
Head of Property Acquisitions
Jennifer has over 15 years’ experience in the Residential property market and accumulated a wealth of experience in Property Acquisitions, Residential Sale, New Homes, Asset Management, Lettings and Property Management. She has excellent knowledge of the Dublin property market.
Jennifer completed her third level education property degree in DIT Bolton Street and an honors degree in Business and Law from Dublin Business School. Jennifer is an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
